If you have never submitted an oil sample before, the results can look somewhat cryptic. However, you are not alone. If you would like to get some explaination of what the report means you have several options. First, you can give the lab a call. Depending on which lab you had do the analysis, you can talk to the lab tech and have them give an explaination. Oil Analyzers, AMSOIL's lab, are very helpful, and always happy to visit with you about your results.
You can of course send us an e-mail and we will have a look at your results and give you some insight. The results can often times indicate problems they you may not be aware of. The good news is, with the oil analysis, you can often catch these while they are minor problems.
You can also post your results to our forum and let a wide range of people have a look and give you some help.
Which ever method you decide to go with, all are cost free, and we look forward to helping you get the most out of your results.
